Painting

This was my first painting. I did it without any instruction (and it shows); I quickly learned that having a beautiful image in one's mind is the easy part. Making paint cooperate is the hard part.

I would have benefited from just taking the time to play around with the paint and see how it can blend and from becoming familiar with the feel of a brush, but I tend to just jump right in. Just as my first webpage was terrible, my first painting was terrible. I like to think I am improving though.
